What You Should Expect When You Visit Us

You will enjoy a friendly atmosphere and messages that help you deal with your day to day situations. Our Pastor, staff and church members would enjoy the opportunity to share information or assist you and your family when you visit with us. We would suggest you consider joining us for our morning Sunday School classes. The classes cover all age groups from Nursery to Seniors, and allow you to get to know us more on a one on one basis.

What Should I Wear?

We are more concerned with meeting your real life needs than with what you wear. So, dress casually and you’ll fit right in. We want you to come and be part of our family whether you are wearing your favorite pair of jeans or a shirt and tie, wear what you are comfortable in.

What About My Children

Memorial Baptist Church knows that as a parent or guardian, you need to know that your children are in a SAFE, secure environment. We are proud to provide the Children’s Worship area, with Nursery, Sunday School, and Children’s Church . Our workers in this area are committed to sharing the love of

Christ with your child in a fun loving environment.

What About the Youth/Teens?

Wow! Our teens are on the go and on the move with Youth Retreats, Community Programs, and Bible Study groups. If you are a teen and would like to join us, just give us a call at the church and we will be happy to put you in touch with the youth Group!

What about the "over 40+" Group?

We are blessed with members of Memorial Baptist that have been faithful to the church for many years. Those who have been the trunk of the Memorial Baptist tree, standing steadfast, growing, weathering the changes of time and putting forth branches to extend the love o Christ to both members and guests. Programs designed to compliment the knowledge and hearts of these wonderful people include: WMU, prayer groups, fellowship get-togethers, excursions, and the Young at Heart program. This program allows our age 50+ members to share their experience with church members and members of our community. Please watch for a new Young at Heart page to be added to this site in the next few weeks it will be designed to keep you posted on all upcoming events and opportunities with this wonderful group of Memorial Baptist members. If you are in the "over 40+" group and are looking for a church home or a place to fellowship and make a few new friends, please send us an email or give us a call, we have "Just The Place" for you!
